“21And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding,” Daniel 2:21

From this day onward, you shall never be the same. Shout if you believe it!

Are you ready to change? Do you want power? Then keep reading.

There is about to be a shift. The rivers are flowing, the ground under our spiritual feet is rumbling, and the clouds are parting. People, get ready!

Do you want it? The proof of desire is pursuit. Pursue Him! And look over your right shoulder. Now look over your left shoulder. Now look at this text. That is the last time you ever look back.

Do you know what was the first miracle that Jesus performed? First things are important, and He turned water into wine. You cannot only read your Bible; you need to read your Bible. It did not say when they needed wine, but when they wanted them. Tonight, your perspective about your God changes. He is not just a need-meeting God, but He asks you, “What do you want?”

Isaiah 43:19 – Behold, I will do a new thing. If He is going to do a new thing, He will not use an old you.

When Jesus changed the water, it was not a miracle.
That can be done by a natural process. The miracle was that the wine never changed into water again.
God is about to change you, and you will never go back to the same.

Just come. Experience it. Print it out, put it in a blender, and drink the water. Let it become part of your very spirit.

One of the things we wish to impart with this event is that CAP is not just a fancy annual conference. CAP is a launch platform.
When a rocket is launched, it does not crash a few feet outside the base;
it keeps going to its destination, racing across the skies and ending with an explosion seen and felt by all in the area.

What is the point? That we must be the same!
God is using CAP to catapult us into our destiny, and we cannot crash before we get where we need to be.
Fly, fly true, towards the Satan’s stronghold, and allow the Lord to use you to level the enemy’s territory and win it for His glory.
Heal the sick, teach sound doctrine, save the lost, develop intimacy with God, and fulfill the purpose and dream that God placed in your Spirit! God bless you.

Power without the Word leads to heresy. Word without power leads to heresy. The only way that works is to have the balance of both. We need power and the Word.

It is not so hard to receive anointing of God. He would not pretend for us to do His works, build leaders, and revolutionize the world without giving us power. If He did this, He would run the risk of us thinking that we do it on our own strength. However, when He empowers us, we realize that it is not us, but Him.

A well-given offering angers the devil. A badly-given offering angers Jesus. In the book of Acts, the two people died because they lied about their offering. Nevertheless, when Simon the magician tried to buy the anointing, Peter told him to perish, but he did not die. What happened? Peter was learning how to administer the anointing.

“17Now it happened on a certain day, as He was teaching, that there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by, who had come out of every town of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. And the power of the Lord was present to heal them.” Luke 5:17

This teaching goes on, and you see that the people who brought the lame man and broke a hole into the roof did so with the intention of having that man healed. That’s interesting because what He first said was:

“20When He saw their faith, He said to him, ‘Man, your sins are forgiven you.’” Luke 5:20

He healed Him after that, and did so in that order so that He could teach the man that He had and has the power to forgive sins. Administer the gifts.

“1Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.”1 Corinthians 4:1

Administer the gifts, and even the mysteries of God. I speak to pastors and ministers: not everything we know should be taught to everybody. Not everything that God tells us should be preached on TV. Likewise, not everything we hear from the Lord is for all ears. This comes by hard work. It is not by laying hands, but by seeking the wisdom of God.

You learned how to put a demand on the ministers, now learn the demand we place on you. Make sure that as a servant, you are found faithful. How do you manage you time, your body, your food, your prayer, your ministry, your husband or wife, and your money? The way you manage yourself is a reflection of your future.

If you cannot even manage $1000 or $2000 a month, how can you administer the goods of the coming century? In His mercy, God has given us His anointing, but we often lack self-dominion. What is self-dominion? Self-dominion is the ability to give yourself orders, and to obey them.

Everything that is administered poorly in life ends in one word: bankruptcy. But I give you hope, Do you think that, just because you are not on TV, you do not have a calling? There are people in the body of God that are like my kidneys: They do not come out on camera, but without them, I could not be standing here.

This man has been given a truly amazing grace. An anointing to make people laugh, something I jokingly refer to as. “That Cash Luna spirit” was used by God to let the audience know what the Lord uses with our personality However, as Pastor Cash Luna put it, “Some of you will not leave my teaching jumping and shouting, but that’s fine. I just want you to leave thinking, reflecting.”

To begin, he used the book of Isaiah:

“1Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.” Isaiah 60:1

His glory will not come down, but rather be born within you.

“2For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the LORD will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you.”
Isaiah 60:2

The darkness covers the Earth, and the only way to live will be under the glory of God. The time has come.
If you are going to be unholy, then do it now, because your time is limited.
But if you are going to be right with God, do it now. The time is almost up.

The glory of God is not a message that you study, and preach to your people.
Two things need to happen. It needs to be revealed, and it needs to be experienced.
If you have not lived it, you might want to wait.

The time has come to make a decision. Serve the darkness or serve the light.
Take a stand, because those who do not stand firm in the faith will not stand at all.

Faith has been given to us to exit time and enter eternity. Anointing operates in levels, but faith operates in dimensions.
Anointing has limits, and must be taken in steps. Dimensions have no limits.
Anointing is when God gives us the ability to do what He called us to do. You work to get it done.
The glory, however, takes the initiative for you.

“4But He answered and said, ‘It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”” Matthew 4:4

The logos is the written Word, but rhema is the spoken, revealed Word of God. Everything that God is doing today comes out of His rhema.
We cannot grow beyond the revelation we have. God cannot dwell where people lack revelation of Him. We need revelation, we need rhema.
Moreover, most people place the emphasis on the manifestation of His glory. That is not God’s priority; He seeks for people to have the revelation.

There are people who are carriers of His glory. There are people who are guardians of it, who fight so that it is not taken lightly.
Finally, there are people who simply follow the glory. Which one do you choose to be?

What are the manifestations of the glory?

First, know that the glory is the visible manifestation of the presence of God.
It feels like a weight comes over you. Other times, a holy fear descends over people. Put a demand on the presence of God.
Gold dust, restored muscle and bones, money that has come out of nowhere;
these are just a few of the things I have seen and experienced after the Lord started to use me to minister the glory.

How do you stay in the glory? Worship. Worship. Worship.

With your worship, you create an atmosphere. Worship is not a song, it is an attitude, with a humble heart, and expressed through your body. When you worship, your spirit joins His Spirit, and from there comes procreation. It accelerates us. It makes us productive. If you are conscious of yourself, you are not worshipping.

There are messages that make you feel good. And then, there are messages that offend you, and make you look at your soul in the mirror of the Word. This was such a message. We cannot remain the same after this. A person who witnesses this and does not act upon it…I better not even finish that sentence,

Short outline on his message:

Don’t you dare give up! God is about to turn your desert into a fruitful field.
He comes upon His people in a rush of wind. Do not dismay, for those winds will blow again.
The wilderness in your life will rejoice, and change, and bear fruit.

There will be a fresh atmosphere. It begins with intense hunger for the Son of God.
The Holy Spirit will bring the fragrance of Jesus to you.
You’ve been worshipping in the desert but He will bring you to worship in the fruitful fields.

It’s very easy to start right. It’s very hard to finish right. I will not finish as a failure.

Moreover, when you have the anointing, you will never dare to sell it. I speak to pastors and ministers here; do not allow your ministry to be turned into a business. Without Jesus, we have nothing. Who wants ministry without Jesus? Who wants to preach if Jesus is not there? Who wants to lay hands on the sick if the Healer is not there? Thus, on July, God told me, “Seek Me until you find Me, or else, you will fall.” To which I replied, “Yes Lord, I will obey.” The very gates of hell came against me, and do you know why? It is because I have a message for the devil (he followed this by stomping the devil’s head. great!)

When the devil comes against you, the blood comes against him.
He does not understand the depth of his foolishness, and he does not know who he is messing with. Jesus!

The time will come, where you will be at a mall, in class, or a bus stop; and the Word of the Lord will come to you like Jeremiah. At that time, what will you do? Will you shut yourself up in an auditorium? Will you close your mouth and hope nothing happens? Or will you say, “This is what the Lord says to me”?

You will lay hands on the sick, and they will get healed! The Spirit of the Lord is pouring Himself out over you. He will perform miracles through you that will shake the world. Do you receive it?

Zachariah 2:11 Entire nations will be saved for the Lord.

I’m here to prophesy that every demon in your house is about to be thrown out. All bondage is about to be destroyed, will you trust in God to free you from that burden.

As the last speaker for the second day, Pastor Benny Hinn was used by the Holy Spirit to shake the very foundations of the arena.

I honestly wonder how the Holy Spirit will top Himself after what we have seen and felt these last two days.
The sheer amount of glory that He has poured out is incredible. I had high expectations already, but this simply blew them out of the water.

It is kind of like growing up in the Midwest all your life, and never having seen a body of water any larger than a lake.
You know there are greater things out there, but you have never seen them for yourself.
Then, one day, your family invites you for a vacation by the beach.
You wonder about the sand, about the palm trees, and more importantly, about the sea.
You go with a picture in your mind, but it fails to meet what your eyes see when you get there.

Water, and water, as far as the eye can see!!

Such is the magnitude of what we have witnessed. The best part is, however, that Jesus will take us out to the ocean today.

After this, I want to join the Army, land on the moon, go deep-sea diving, fight a bear, win 17 % of Kansas for Jesus, and build 1001 leaders by the time of next CAP.

It is just that good.

It’s interesting how, when you study the life of Jesus, there were things He wanted to keep on the low.
When He resurrected the young girl, He chose not to tell anyone because He did not want the wrong type of publicity.
However, there were other times when He did things in public settings.

We must learn when to do things discreetly, and when to do things publicly.
For example, His death and resurrection were events that God made sure everyone could know about.

Jesus was in charge of every detail, up to His own crucifixion.
In these times, where it feels like the devil is getting away with everything, we must remember that Jesus is sovereign.
He is in control of every detail in your life.

Through the cross, He multiplied Himself in millions and millions, “Unless a grain of wheat falls in the ground and dies…”
He saw that He could die and become one in their spirits, just as strong and just as holy as He was in life.
”One day,” said the Apostle, “I was eating a big Texas Corn cob, and I counted the number of seeds on its head: 1360, and that was just one corn!”
In the same way, God takes Jesus’ seed, and places it in the womb of our spirits. Become pregnant with His glory!

Jesus said, “The life that I live, and the power that I have is because of obedience.”
It all comes from revelation with the Father. And one day, the Holy Spirit revealed Him to me.
I went crazy; I did not know you could know God like that on this Earth. All I could say was: “He loves me! He loves me!”

God’s grace is like a limitless storehouse, but the only way you can open its door is by using the key of faith.
Paul tells us this, in Galatians 1, that he was cut off from his Jewish ancestry.
The cross has the power to completely cut you off from your past: You’re a new person!

Amazing, I tell ya.

I could describe it to you, but I would simply fail horribly.
You have got to connect to CAP!

Revelation gives us access to the data from Heaven.
The book of Galatians basically says, “Oh Galatians, why have you been bewitched? When you lose sight of the Cross, you fall into flesh, legalism, and death.
Having begun in the Spirit, you ended up in flesh, manmade laws, and more.” This blinded people to the work on the cross.
Most churches begin in the Spirit, but where will they end? It is dangerous to be in a place where God once dwelled but has long since left.

God has brought you to this conference to accelerate your business, ministry, and life.
If you take out the supernatural from your life, you will slow yourself down. Change gears.

It is dangerous to teach and train people without dealing with their character.

There are seven things the Church has substituted:

1.  
   1. Revelation for theology. Without the Holy Spirit, it is nothing but reasoning.
   2. Character for education. To train a carnal mind is to make enemies of God.
   3. Discernment for psychology.
   4. The guidance of the Holy Spirit. For man’s programs
   5. Eloquence for power. God is raising a people who will get off the ship and walk on the waters.
   6. Reasoning for walking by faith. Faith is the ability to believe God without logic.
   7. The love of God for legalism. 

Many Christians have never seen a miracle. The book of Acts has 28 chapters, and not one of them is void of miracles.

Thee Bible verses to study:
Romans 9:17 I have called you to bring my supernatural power.
Matthew 6:7 Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory.
Acts 1:1 Three years condensed in 40 days, all about the Kingdom.

There is a large difference between church believers and Kingdom believers.
Revelation of the Kingdom brings structure, order and purpose. A revival without these three cannot sustain itself.
I have never seen in the Bible that His fire fell for just any reason. There must always be a sacrifice.

There are two things that must be done to receive that fire
1. Present your body as a living sacrifice.
2. Lay down your ego on the altar

Following this, the Lord used Apostle Maldonado to fill the audience with the Spirit of the Lord.
He prayed for every person who had never spoken in tongues to receive them now, and from their very seats, hundreds if not thousands of people received tongues in the Spirit.

The manifestation of glory in this place is simply life-changing.
